My responsibilities included designing and mapping out all the workflow processes, from Purchase Order (PO) to Final Order Invoice (FOI). This comprehensive involvement allowed me to ensure that each stage of the production management system was seamlessly integrated, facilitating a smooth and efficient operation for the manufacturing process.
